TWO RESIDENTIAL SERVICE LEVELS: Standard vs. Premier Residential Service.
Standard service: Includes a property visit after an event exceeding 2″ of snow. This visit includes plowing, shoveling, and (if purchased in your plan) salting.
Premier service: If we get lingering light snowfalls that last several days and we are out salting parking lots as general maintenance but not plowing, or if we receive 1/2″ of freezing rain/sleet and plowing is not required with our standard service, premier service clients will receive a clean up visit and a salt application. Your home basically gets added to our commercial routes from time to time.
Excessive sidewalks/walkways: If you have a corner lot or an excessive need for shoveling/snow blowing, a surcharge will be assessed. This is reviewed after you purchase and you will be contacted to discuss (if needed).
Financing: Paypal now offers clients “pay over time”. You may be able to break these payments up through your paypal account and spread them out over the course of Fall & Winter!
Our pricing
When our snow service business “spun out” and became it’s own operation in 2015, things were quite different. Gasoline prices were under $2/gallon for starters. Average payrate was $12-15/hour for employees. Salt prices in bulk were $45/ton and ice melt could be found in bulk under $5/bag. Auto Insurance was about 35% lower, our software costs to operate were less than half, and interest rates on equipment were in the low single digits vs. high single digits today. That being said, the cost to operate has drastically increased over the last 10 years. To remain a viable business, the price for our service has gradually increased over the years.
Keep in mind – Snow stakes and “flagging” your property is included in pricing and performed in November. During snow fall events, every snow fall requires approximately 5-15 minutes to your property, an average of 15-45 minutes at your property, and another 5-15 minutes back on route to the next property. So approximately one hour, on average, per residential stop. The truck usually has 2 people (plow driver and assistant/shoveler) with at least a decade of experience driving and half a decade shoveling. The truck is constantly running at $4/gallon, weighted down and loaded with 1000’s of pounds of salt, with all employees paid a fair wage that are all reported, filed, and taxes paid on their behalf, as well as employer share to government agencies as required. Our employees are covered under a Workman’s Comp insurance policy while operating a vehicle/equipment under a commercial snow plowing auto policy with exceptional coverage. We do not cut corners. We do not pay our employees cash or “under the table”. We do not send them out without SNOW PLOWING Commercial auto insurance or a workman comp insurance (audited annually) in case of injury or damage at/to your property. Our pricing reflects all costs associated with running a snow plowing business as it should be – With everyone (our Owners, our Clients, our Employees) covered in case the “what if” happens – in the middle of the night, during the harshest of storms and the worst conditions. If you want the cheapest service available provided by a company that may or may not “cut corners”, we aren’t the company for you. If you want seasoned professionals that have all their ducks in a row and have been doing this a very long time – we are your guys.
Combine Fall services with your Winter Snow Plowing
A Fall service is a property visit to clean up leaves with a lawn vacuum and a staff of 3 on site. This property visit is typically scheduled in late October or early November. Space is very limited and are completed October 21st – November 21st (on average). This can be purchased with the Standard Snow Removal package here:

Single Driveway Type:
This means your driveway is the width of 1 car
Double Driveway Type:
This means your driveway is the width of 2 cars
Circle Driveway Type:
This means you have a circle driveway attached to a single/double driveway in front of your garage. This also includes if you have additional parking spaces or if you have a very long driveway compared to most homes (you don’t have a circle driveway but it is a very long driveway)
Large Estate Type:
This means you have a large home, With 2-3+ acres, 4+ car garage or 2+ garages, and multiple areas that need plowing
Corner lots are subject to a surcharge (if we find it necessary)to accommodate the service required for longer sidewalks.
What happens when you purchase online?
At time of purchase, you will receive a sales receipt via Paypal. We will reach out to you via email and provide you with an invoice from our online system and answer any questions you may have. We will be out to stake your property with reflective markers the first week of November for snow plowing. Your snow plowing service will end the first day of Spring in 2026.
